Cost: $240 which includes your transportation, hotel, conference registration fee, concerts, t-shirt, a whole lot more! It DOES NOT INCLUDE food!!
Deposits of $110 are due by May 19th! The balance of your payment MUST BE IN by JUNE 14th WITH your SIGNED AND NOTARIZED RELEASE FORM!! The release form can be found HERE!

We do have fundraisers available to help you bring down the cost of the trip. You may pay for the deposit with cash or check, then if you raise the full $240 with the fundraiser we can give you back your deposit. Whatever you don't fundraise will have to be paid with either cash or check. 

Talk to your Campus Life leader about meeting times for departure and fundraisers. 

We will depart on June 25 and be back home on June 30.
